This is a highly influential consultant-level role with responsibility for advancing psychological practice across the service, supporting the management of complex clinical presentations and contributing to the strategic development of safe, effective and accessible care. Working as a senior member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert psychological oversight, strengthen formulation-led practice and lead improvements in quality, outcomes and patient and family experience.

Provide professional leadership for psychology staff, supporting workforce development, governance, recruitment and CPD. Lead service development, pathway redesign, quality improvement, audit, research and service evaluation to improve access, safety, experience and outcomes.

Work collaboratively with children, young people, families, colleagues and partner agencies to deliver compassionate, inclusive and person-centred care. Champion co-production and ensure lived experience shapes service delivery and development.
