Job summary
We are looking for a HR & Business Support Administrator to join our team at Cohese Healthcare. This is a full time role at 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday but part time hours will be considered for the right candidate - please get in touch to discuss this.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week based in our Head Office at Aztec West Business Park, Bristol.
Interviews will be held in our Aztec West office on Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th October and will consist of an interview and competency based test.
Main duties of the job
The HR & Business Support Administrator provides proactive, reliable and confidential support to the HR & Business Support Manager and the wider organisation. The post holder coordinates day-to-day activities, maintains accurate records, follows up agreed actions and communicates confidently and compassionately with a wide range of stakeholders. The role requires sound judgement when handling sensitive information, ownership of delegated work and the timely escalation of issues where appropriate.
Job description
As a key point of contact, you will deliver a high standard of work to support the HR & Business Support Manager and the wider organisation in both HR and corporate support work. The ability to use your own initiative and communicate well whilst maintaining confidentiality and remaining organised is key to this role.
