Job summary

We are looking for a Programme Officer to join a dynamic partnership team driving the transformation of Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity services across the Bradford District and Craven system.

This exciting role involves working collaboratively with NHS services, Local Authorities, independent sector providers, VCSE organisations and local communities to design and deliver integrated, person-centred services that meet population needs and support strategic transformation objectives.

You will contribute across four key commissioning and contracting themes:

• Plan and inform
• Design and deliver
• Facilitate and drive
• Buy and report

The successful candidate will work across organisational boundaries to support change, lead partnership engagement and provide programme management support to senior colleagues. You will help develop and embed new ways of working, strengthen system-wide collaboration and champion the wider determinants of health.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, experience of working within complex partnerships and the ability to support transformational programmes from planning through to delivery and evaluation. You will play a key role in driving integration, fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and ensuring all partners, including VCSE organisations, local authorities and local people, are involved in shaping services.
