SCHOOL VACANCY

The post holder will work as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team based within the Danesgate REACH Hub, providing operational outreach, inclusion, and intervention support to mainstream schools and short-stay PRU teams. This will be a role focused on primary support and intervention.

Working under the guidance and supervision of the REACH Hub Inclusion & Outreach Officer and the Hub Manager, the post holder will use their own initiative to implement and deliver targeted intervention programmes for identified pupils exhibiting complex, challenging, or disruptive behaviours. The role focuses on working directly with individual pupils, small groups, and mainstream teaching colleagues to deliver practical de-escalation strategies and unconditional positive regard practices, minimizing learning barriers and reducing the risk of school suspensions.
