Join our large Housing Delivery team as a Housing Development Manager and play a leading role in an exciting new strategic partnership between the Council and its developer partner.

Leading on the delivery of 101 new affordable homes at Ordnance Lane, soon to begin construction, you will also deliver new housing schemes from feasibility stage and help shape a growing pipeline of developments across the city.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
