An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Llanwern High School. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced individual to support our attendance team.

The successful candidate will foster strong working relationships with pupils and families, helping to break down barriers to school attendance and develop strategies to improve motivation and attainment.

There are currently approximately 1100 pupils on roll, with numbers expected to grow significantly in the coming years. The school provides a high level of support for staff and offers a positive and welcoming working environment, alongside excellent staff wellbeing initiatives and professional development opportunities for all employees.
