Support recruitment and admissions processes to deliver an excellent prospective learner experience throughout the application journey.

Manage and support a Recruitment and Applications Associate, providing guidance and oversight across recruitment activity.

Identify opportunities to use automation and technology to improve marketing, learner engagement and recruitment activity, driving greater efficiency and a more personalised learner experience.

Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities within a complex organisation.

Experience of learner recruitment, admissions, customer acquisition or sales conversion would be advantageous, but an aptitude and willingness to develop in this area is equally valued.

Experience within Higher Education, Executive Education or professional learning is desirable.
