<p><strong>Join us in helping colleagues deliver safe, high-quality care.</strong></p><p>At The Learning Enterprise (TLE), the learning and development arm of HCRG Care Group, were passionate about helping people develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to make a positive difference.</p><p>As an Independent Training Provider, we deliver a wide range of learning interventions to colleagues across HCRG Care Group and to a national network of external clients.</p><p>Were now looking for an experienced and engaging Quality and Safety Trainer to join our team, working 37.5 hours per week. Youll play an important role in supporting training compliance and delivering high-quality learning across our health and care services.</p><p>The role will primarily support services across Surrey, with some delivery of training in Kent also required.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>What youll do</strong></h3><p>As a Quality and Safety Trainer, youll design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning that helps colleagues work safely, confidently and in line with the required quality and safety standards.</p><p>Youll deliver training to colleagues from a variety of professional backgrounds, adapting your approach to different roles, levels of experience and learning needs.</p><p>Working closely with colleagues across The Learning
