Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time 1.0wte, office-based Band 4 Business Support Team Leader to join our friendly team working within our Torbay Business Support Team, based at our John Parkes site, Torbay Hospital .

You will be leading a team of business support colleagues to help ensure the smooth operational running of our services' physical health pathways across Torbay and South Devon.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to play a key role within our Torbay Business Support Team, overseeing a range of essential administrative functions including:

• providing day-to-day line management of up to eight direct reports
• dealing with management issues such as workload, performance, absence etc
• mailbox management
• clinic planning
• data validation
• building compliance oversight
