The Governors of Wyken Croft Primary School are excited to offer a new role within our Pastoral team. We require an EYFS & KS1 Attendance Officer and family support practitioner to join our team from as soon as possible. The role is a full-time position term time only.

Wyken Croft provides an excellent environment for all of the stakeholders of the school. Although we are a large primary school in Coventry, we pride ourselves on knowing each child and family individually allowing our children to achieve their maximum potential. We have our ‘Seven Steps to Success’ embedded within our culture which we believe enable our children to be happy, engaged and positive about their futures, striving to be the very best they can be.

This role will enhance our established Pastoral Team. We are looking for someone who is motivated and committed to supporting young people and their families in their school environment and understands the challenges facing pupils from disadvantaged communities.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of working with vulnerable young people and children.
