Lead Nurse –Working for Chandlers Ford Primary Care Network LTD on behalf Park & St Francis Surgery
Full-time 37.50 hours or Part-time considered | Permanent

Park & St Francis Surgery (on behalf of Chandlers Ford Primary Care Network LTD) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Nurse to join our established and supportive team.
We are a CQC-rated GOOD practice with a strong focus on providing high-quality patient care, developing our services and supporting our staff. We are also a research practice, a GP training practice, welcoming GP trainees and medical students as part of our commitment to education, learning and developing the next generation of healthcare professionals.
About our nursing team
You will be joining a fantastic multidisciplinary clinical team, including nurses working across:
- Clinical triage
- Treatment and minor illness
- Long-term condition management
- Asthma
- Diabetes
- Healthcare Assistant services
- Health promotion and preventative care
- Clinical audits, research and quality improvement.
We have a team approach to patient care and value the contribution that every member of our clinical team makes.
About the Lead Nurse role
We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on clinically but also wants to take the next step in their career by providing leadership, support and direction to the nursing team.
You will work closely with our GP Partners, Practice Manager and wider clinical team to help develop our nursing services and maintain high standards of safe, effective and patient-centred care.
We would particularly like to hear from nurses with experience and confidence in:
💙 Asthma
💙 Diabetes
💙 Clinical Triage
💙 Treatment and minor illness
We are happy to consider full-time or part-time hours.
If a part-time appointment is preferred, we would ideally appoint two Lead Nurses, working collaboratively to provide continuity, support and clinical leadership across the practice.
We are happy to discuss flexible working patterns with the right candidates.
