Job summary
Woodbank Surgery are a friendly surgery serving around 7300 patients.
We are looking to expand our team and recruit a person in to our new Senior Operations Lead role
Main duties of the job
- Oversee the daily running of the practice.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels across reception and administration teams.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
- Monitor service performance against practice objectives and NHS requirements.
- Lead business continuity and contingency planning.
Workforce Management
- Manage and supervise non-clinical staff.
- Support recruitment, induction, training, and performance management processes.
- Conduct appraisals and regular staff reviews.
- Promote staff wellbeing and positive team culture.
