We are looking for a motivated Team Administrator to join our North Community Rehabilitation Team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). You will support a busy multidisciplinary team delivering community-based rehabilitation services, based at Bradwell / Burselm Health Centre.

Main duties of the job

You will provide efficient, reliable administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service.

Key responsibilities include:o Managing telephone calls, messages and general enquiries in a professional mannero Registering referrals and maintaining accurate patient records on clinical systemso Booking, cancelling and amending appointments in line with service procedureso Producing routine correspondence using standard templateso Supporting meeting arrangements and general office administrationo Maintaining confidentiality and accurate data entry at all times
