Job summary

An experienced GP Practice Nurse is required.

We require 15 hours per week over 3 days - days and times to be discussed at interview.

Interviews will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday 7th October 2026.

Main duties of the job

General Practice Nurse duties to include:

  • Cervical Smears
  • Asthma/COPD/Diabetic reviews
  • Childhood Immunisations
  • Travel Immunisations
  • Contraception
  • Wound Checks & Dressing Changes
  • Suture Removal

Job description

Daily duties include:

  • Chronic Disease Management - Asthma/COPD/Diabetic reviews
  • Cervical Screening
  • Immunisations - childhood, travel, B12, Depo
  • Wound care

About us

We are a two partner (one female/one male) GP Practice. Our clinical staff also comprises of a salaried GP (male), a Practice Nurse, ANP, HCA and a GPA. We also have a full admin team of receptionists, secretary, coding and chronic disease management recall.

We are a friendly and supportive team.
