Your day-to-day... Ensure HR systems are regularly maintained & updated Work with the HR teams & provide administrative support Ensure all HR records & systems are accurate & comply with the Data Protection Act Maintain employee personnel files & ensure they are fully compliant with CQC guidelines Proactively develop & impl ement robust systems across Cygnet Assist in the maintenance of employee data on Cygnets HR information system.
Support the senior management team. Oversee a team of staff to ensure the departments run smoothly Line manage & support staff to develop a highly skilled, quality team Maintain processes & systems and work to achieve their continual improvement Manage operational resources in a cost-effective manner Cultivate excellent working relationships with all team members & other departments.
Cover Onsite payroll and Finance inc petty cash in the absence of the finance administrator.You are... An effective & experienced HR administrator in a healthcare setting Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in peoples lives An excellent administrator with a track record in managing a team
Experienced in the healthcare sector with a knowledge of mental health Flexible & organised with a strong understanding of office working procedures Able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions An approachable leader & strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software. Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skillsWhy Cygnet?
