We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Care Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive Adult Social Care at Wokingham Borough Council. This is a full-time, permanent role.

You'll be joining an award-winning council and a service that was rated among the top-performing adult social care services in the country following our recent CQC inspection.

Wokingham Borough Council is committed to Social Care Future, a movement that aims to make sure everyone, regardless of age, health condition or disability, can live in a home they choose, maintain the relationships and activities that matter to them, and be part of a supportive community.
