Main duties of the job
As a Recovery Worker you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. You will be working within a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your development and your ability to deliver the best care you can to our clients. Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is an integral role for With You - as a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions and key work responsibilities. We are looking for a Recovery Worker, working 37.5 hours per week between 09:00 - 17:00 and a Part Time Recovery Worker working 22.5 hours per weeks. You will be required to work a Wednesday evening and will be given time in lieu during the working week. The position is fixed term until 31/03/2028.
