Job summary

Exciting opportunity for an organised and efficient administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll be providing an effective personal assistant and secretarial service to the Clinical Lead for Talking Therapies.

You'll be required to manage your day-to-day workload and use your own initiative without supervision which will require informed judgement, excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands.

Main duties of the job

  • To act as a central point of contact for the Clinical Lead when they are off site.
  • To manage the provision of an efficient and effective administration service by undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Be a key member of the team as well as supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
  • To organise meetings, appointments, diary, and hospitality arrangements as appropriate using own initiative to prioritise appointments whilst maintaining good public relations.
  • To create and distribute agendas, attend meetings and provide an efficient note taking service in a formal setting, and undertake action points where appropriate and other key meetings.
  • To maintain a comprehensive filing system including management of an effective bring forward system, initiating appropriate action to ensure the accurate processing, storage and future retrieval of all documentation.
