Oxford City Council is implementing big changes in the way we deliver core services. This development includes greater use of cloud and virtualised services and support for our internal Applications Team.
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our Microsoft-based user identity and device environment, ensuring the secure, efficient, and reliable delivery of core infrastructure services.
The Infrastructure Team provide critical Microsoft environment services for customers working in our offices and in the community as well as Direct Services, Car Parks and mobile locations and you will experience every aspect of technology to support a World Class City Council.
We need flexible and enthusiastic people to support our Active Directory Policy Management, Windows Server environment and support in O365, Azure cloud services and traditional infrastructure.
This is a post in a team of staff dedicated to supporting the Council customers including our commercial Housing and Direct Services Teams and as a senior post will help develop the more junior members of staff.
