This is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of services delivered through the Council’s direct delivery organisation (ODS) by undertaking the monitoring and management by the Council as well as supporting the delivery of associated projects. The Clienting & Commissioning officer will make a positive difference for residents and businesses across the City by supporting effective service delivery.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to take a key role in our Active Communities team.  The role will focus on supporting the clienting of ODS and be expected to work with other Council areas where Clienting & Commissioning as required. There will be a particular focus on the clienting of the street cleaning and highways service. The successful candidate will work with the clienting managers to ensure reporting and monitoring are undertaken and work with ODS to resolve issues and ensure value for money and as such you will need to be organised and methodical, with the ability to make effective decisions to help us to ensure an excellent service is delivered and flexible enough to also support the delivery of projects across the city.
