Drive revenue growth across Mastercall's full service portfolio, with clinical services as the primary income focus and digital/technology services as a growing commercial stream, targeting 10% annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth within 24 months, with a clear trajectory and plan in place within 8 months.

2. Lead and develop the commercial strategy, including market penetration, concentric service expansion, and portfolio diversification.

4. Support the Executive and Senior Management Team in delivering vision, strategy, and business plans, acting as a senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the organisation, working closely with all departments to identify cost-effective delivery models and service enhancements.

6. Support GMUPCA on relevant business development and partnership work where required, while maintaining Mastercall as the primary focus.

7.Liaise with the Marketing and Brand Manager to ensure brand, digital presence, and marketing activity are aligned to commercial objectives.
