The Governors of Shadsworth Infant School are looking to recruit a new Site Supervisor, who is a reliable, effective and efficient person to take on this key role in school.
You will manage the premises and take a lead on the day to day running of the site and take responsibility for our School Minibuses.
The successful candidate will act as a key holder and contribute to the smooth running of the school to help create and effectively maintain a safe and clean working environment for our pupils, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate should have good interpersonal skills, expect a high standard of cleaning and be competent to undertake minor repairs and maintenance.
We are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor who ideally has experience of site maintenance or a related trade.
Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, able to work independently and as a part of a team, committed to making a difference to improving the teaching environment of our children. You will need exceptional organisational and time management skills and be able to use your initiative.
We are a very busy but friendly and welcoming school. You will work alongside a strong staff team. A commitment to your training and development are guaranteed.
The successful applicant will have a flexible attitude to the demands of school life, a good sense of humour and high expectations of both themselves and the children in school.

This post is a permanent position and can begin as soon as possible.
37 hours split shift each week, hours are negotiable, to be discussed at interview, but the school must be opened at 7.00am and closed at 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
This is a full year contract. There may be opportunities for additional hours at certain points in the year.
