This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active part-time Health Care Assistant to join the team based at Mersea Island Medical Practice. Our GPs, nurses and clinical teams dont exist in isolation. For effective patient care we need a strong and supportive Clinical team, who keep each branch operating at its best and most efficient.
The role of a Health Care Assistant is critical to the smooth day to day running of the Practice.
Main duties of the job
- Phlebotomy, ECGs, Immunisations
- Wound care for patients
- Conducting foot checks for Diabetes

We are an established practice in West Mersea with approximately 7500 patients and a CQC rating of good. We are a training practice, and the team consists of 5 GP partners, 5 registrar, 1 ANP and a nursing team along with a very supportive administrative & reception teams
