Main duties of the job

What You'll Do:

• Ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Coordinate patient pathways, promoting a smooth and efficient experience for all.
• Support the development and training of staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Drive innovative service improvements and implement best practices across sites.
• Venepuncture - confident in taking blood samples or willing to undertake training.
• Vascular dressing competency - able to assess, manage and apply vascular dressings safely.
• Minor procedures support - able to assist clinicians during minor procedures, ensuring patient comfort, safety and smooth clinical flow.
