Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant at Akari Care, you'll be integral in maintaining resident wellbeing through exceptional care. Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and dignified. Your role includes assisting in daily activitiesfrom personal care to preparing meals and spending quality time. Each day presents new challenges and scenarios, with a focus on respecting personal choices through individualised care. Applicants should possess a nurturing demeanor and enjoy teamwork. Effective communication and adaptability to immediate changes are essential, complemented by an approachable personality.
