<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></span></p>

<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our enthusiastic, friendly and hard working team at Horncastle Medical Group. We are looking for a Salaried GP to work 6 sessions per week.</p>

<p>We are a Training Practice with circa 10,100 patients registered. We are located in the market town of Horncastle, with a notable Grammar school in the area.</p>

<p>We pride ourselves on providing high quality care and would like the post holder to be an enthusiastic and forward-thinking clinician who has a passion for General Practice and provides exceptional levels of care.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Main duties of the job:</span></p>

<p>To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.</p>

<p>Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.</p>
