We are looking for an outstanding,compassionateand experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering excellent care to join our team at Cygnet St Augustine's.
Youllbe working42 hoursper week, acrossdays,nightsandalternate weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and SundayWeek 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Cygnet St Augustines is a 32 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men. Our fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Those placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.
Your day-to-day Lead an allocated team of nurses & support workers Ensure care & associated duties are allocated effectively & within team members competence Supervise junior staff &, leading by example, teach & guide them Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit & improve quality Safeguard & promote the wellbeing of service users Manage medication Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with service users, relatives & other healthcare professionals Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation & evaluation of individual patient programmes of care.
