Come and join our Hotel Services Team, we're offering an exciting opportunity join our permanent roles within our Hotel Services - Domestic Department, across all four Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust sites. These are substantive contracts of of 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Deliver exceptional customer care with courtesy, efficiency, and a commitment to a positive patient experience.
• Provide a high-quality cleaning service in line with Trust policies and the National Standards of Cleanliness 2025.
• Actively contribute to raising standards and improving service delivery.
• Uphold Infection Control Policies and consistently demonstrate behaviours aligned with Trust Values, helping to minimise healthcare-associated risks
