- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using our practice management software
- Answer incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate staff or departments
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and update medical records accurately
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with billing procedures by processing payments and explaining billing statements to patients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects professionalism and friendliness
