We are looking for a Band 3 Senior Administion Assistant to join our team.

The Post Holder will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Children and Young People's Intensive Mental Health Services (CYPIMHS) and Eating Disorders Services, including CAMHS Crisis & Intensive Home Treatment (CCIHT), Inspire Inpatient and Day Services, and associated CYPIMHS pathways. The post holder will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of services through the provision of high-quality administrative support, ensuring the accurate management of information, patient records, referrals, appointments, and service communications.

The post holder will work as part of the wider administrative team, providing cross-cover and flexible support across CYPIMHS and Eating Disorder Services, including Community Eating Disorders and the Eating Disorders Intensive Treatment Team (EDITT), during periods of annual leave, sickness absence, or service need. The role will support the engagement of children, young people, and families, and contribute to the delivery of safe, responsive, and patient-centred services.

Main duties of the job

Provide administrative and secretarial support across CYPIMHS and Eating Disorders Services, including CAMHS Crisis & Intensive Home Treatment (CCIHT), Inspire Inpatient and Day Services, Community Eating Disorders, and EDITT, as required.

To provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Children and Young People's Intensive Mental Health Services (CYPIMHS) and Eating Disorders Services, including CAMHS Crisis & Intensive Home Treatment (CCIHT), Inspire Inpatient and Day Services, and associated CYPIMHS pathways. The post holder will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of services through the provision of high-quality administrative support, ensuring the accurate management of information, patient records, referrals, appointments, and service communications.

There will be a requirement to provide a service between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm over a six-day period, Monday to Saturday, to meet the needs of children and young people and support service delivery. The post holder will work as part of the wider administrative team, providing cross-cover and flexible support across CYPIMHS and Eating Disorder Services, including Community Eating Disorders and the Eating Disorders Intensive Treatment Team (EDITT), during periods of annual leave, sickness absence, or service need. The role will support the engagement of children, young people, and families and contribute to the delivery of safe, responsive, and patient-centred services.
