Currently, we are specifically seeking to recruit a Permanent Academic Tutor to support our Learning, Teaching and Assessment activity in a range of subjects across our Accounting and Finance provision. Currently, we are particularly interested in working with candidates who have an expertise in Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance. We welcome applications from candidates who have sustained experience of delivery and assessment in these subject areas, while also recognising that the breadth of our portfolio will provide opportunities to support additional subjects.

Subject expertise in Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance.

Prior experience of teaching or training in these subject areas.

A passion for innovative and interactive teaching focused on student success.

An enthusiasm for working in large teams.

An interest in supporting key student success initiatives.

Alongside teaching and marking responsibilities, our academic tutors also benefit from opportunities to support department initiatives focused on our student success priorities, including graduate outcomes and student satisfaction. The nature of this role allows the successful candidate to really immerse themselves in the department as a result of the volume of on-campus activity they will contribute too.
