The successful candidate will carry out responsive repairs, fault finding, electrical maintenance and installation work across occupied residential properties and communal areas. The role will also support damp and mould remediation works, including the installation and replacement of ventilation systems and extractor fans.Essential Requirements:NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).18th Edition Wiring Regulations.Experience of responsive electrical repairs, maintenance and fault findingExperience working in occupied homes.Full UK Driving Licence.Desirable:AM2.IPAF/PASMA.Our mission is to be the best council.
