Technical Analyst - Networks - Shared Resource Service (SRS)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the SRS for someone to join the Network Service as a Network Analyst.

The SRS is a collaboration of four public sector organisations with Torfaen County Borough Council as the lead employer and the role will require you to provide high quality services to all SRS LA partners.

The role will maintain a collaborative approach when implementing and developing technology solutions that underpin the SRS strategic recommendations and SRS partner requirements.

The successful candidate will be a driven, customer-focussed individual, with a desire to gain knowledge and experience in Wide Area Networking, Local Area Networking, Cisco networking and wireless technologies, Microsoft Teams telephony and contact centre solutions, networking security and firewall technologies and SolarWinds network monitoring tools.
