Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: The Bothy, 17A East End Road, Finchley Central, London N3 3QE

Please note that this role is office based

Terapia is looking for an organised, proactive and personable Training Administrator to support the effective administration and delivery of our training programmes in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Counselling.

The role is varied and involves working closely with trainees, tutors and the wider training team.

Responsibilities will include:

Monitoring the course team mailbox and responding to student and tutor queries

Maintaining student registers and monitoring course attendance

Managing student coursework submissions

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records on our database

Collating teaching evaluation forms and following up where necessary

Updating the student portal with relevant course information

Arranging DBS checks

Providing general administrative support to the training team

We are looking for someone with excellent administrative experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively. You should be confident communicating with a range of people, have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain positive working relationships with students, tutors and colleagues. You should be able to take ownership of tasks, work independently and follow things through without needing constant prompting.

Experience of working in an academic, educational or training environment would be advantageous, although we would also welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative experience in other settings.
