The Hadleigh Practice is a forward-thinking Practice with a Multidisciplinary Team of dedicated Clinicians, Managers and Administration staff, providing high quality GMS services.  We are based over two sites with a total of 20,500 patients.

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate qualified nurse to join our team of friendly and supportive nurses.

Applicants must be RGN registered with at least one year year’s post registration experience and have experience in primary care practice nursing.  A recognised qualification and/or experience in at least one respiratory Long-Term Condition (Asthma/COPD/Diabetes) is desirable, but not essential if you are willing to undergo training in these areas.
