The responsibilities include delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, administering medication safely and accurately, contributing to and reviewing care plans, leading activities, outings, and meaningful engagement, supporting and guiding team members, and stepping up when needed.
