Job summary

Due to the transformation of our services, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive admin manager to join and enhance our children's therapy team, providing outstanding care for patients across Worcestershire.

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to service investment in Occupational Therapy. This is an exciting opportunity for an admin manager to oversee the admin coordination, implementation, and rollout of the Link Therapy project. The post holder will lead on the administrative support required to ensure successful delivery of the project, while also playing a key role in data collection, monitoring, and reporting.

You will need to be friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills. You will demonstrate significant experience of leading a team of people effectively and be able to exercise tact and discretion where necessary. You will have great IT skills and a keen eye for detail.

The team are countywide with bases in Kidderminster, Redditch, Bromsgrove and Worcester.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will need to have significant proven experience working within a busy team, demonstrate a flexible approach, and have the ability to stay calm and work professionally.

As a highly organised individual you will need the ability to prioritise and organise work so that tasks are completed in a timely manner following agreed processes. You will be required to work with senior management to improve and support the implementation new ways of working

A significant aspect of the role will involve liaising and coordinating effectively across partner organisations, including the Local Authority, schools, and health services, to ensure a collaborative and integrated approach. The post holder will also be responsible for liaising and coordinating across the admin team and across multiple bases ensuring admin process are in place to support the delivery of children's occupational therapy, physiotherapy and specialist play services.
