Main duties of the job

The Bank Support Worker position at Agincare Children's Services involves providing night support in a children's residential home. Workers will earn from £14.50 per hour, more if they are qualified, and will cover shifts from 10pm to 8am. About YouWere looking for people who are caring, reliable, and motivated to make a difference. You dont need experience as full training and ongoing support are provided. You will:

• Have a genuine interest in supporting children with complex needs
• Be patient, resilient, and emotionally intelligent
• Be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
• Be able to meet the roles practical and emotional demands
• Have a positive attitude and a team-player mindset
• Hold or be committed to completing NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Residential Childcare
• Hold a driving licence (dual registered home across 2 sites in Wimborne) so travel to both homes may be required.
