Job summary

Hilltop Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP (4 sessions per week) to join our progressive, patient-centred team in Brent. Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to registered patients through a combination of face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations. You will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and long-term conditions while supporting patients to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, social prescribers, care coordinators, and administrative colleagues, to ensure patients receive coordinated and effective care. The role also involves reviewing clinical correspondence, laboratory results, medication management, and maintaining accurate clinical records using EMIS Web.

As part of the practice team, you will contribute to safeguarding responsibilities, clinical governance activities, quality improvement projects, and service development initiatives. Job Purpose

The Salaried GP will provide highquality, patientcentred primary care within a GP Practice. Working closely with the Lead GP and small multidisciplinary team, the postholder will deliver clinical care, undertake clinical administration, contribute to quality improvement, and support the safe and effective running of the practice.

Given the nature of the practice, the role requires flexibility, autonomy and a willingness to support a broad range of practice functions, including home visits, clinical workflow tasks, long-term condition management, and involvement in local primary care networks.
