Job summary

Make a real difference every day Join our friendly Trauma and Orthopaedics team as a Clinical Support Worker and play an important role in our patients' recovery.

You'll work alongside experienced nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centred care and help patients regain their confidence, independence and quality of life.

Every day is different. You'll support patients with personal care and mobility, take observations, assist with rehabilitation and help create a safe, welcoming ward environment.

You'll also build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, supporting them through challenging moments and celebrating their progress.

What we're looking for We're looking for caring, approachable and motivated people with good communication skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care.

Previous healthcare experience is valuable, but we're also keen to hear from people with the right values and a willingness to learn.
