Job summary

This is a varied, hands-on role combining business development, clinic onboarding, relationship management and operations.

You will work closely with the founders and initially take responsibility for developing relationships with private healthcare clinics and providers across the UK.

A major part of the role will involve identifying prospective clinics, reaching out to decision makers, introducing Every Clinic and encouraging providers to work with us.

Main duties of the job

Once a clinic comes on board, you will manage the onboarding process and become one of their key points of contact.

You will also help manage the day-to-day operations of the business as it launches and grows.

As an early-stage business, we are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing several hats. One day you may be speaking with prospective clinics, another helping onboard a new provider, and another working with the founders to improve how the business operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach private healthcare clinics and providers across the UK
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clinic partners
• Contact clinic owners, practice managers and other healthcare decision makers
• Introduce Every Clinic and communicate the benefits of working with us
• Convert interested clinics into active partners
• Manage clinics through the complete onboarding process
• Gather and coordinate information required from healthcare providers
• Develop strong ongoing relationships with clinics and key contacts
• Act as a point of contact for participating healthcare providers
• Support clinics with queries and operational issues
• Help develop and improve our clinic onboarding processes
• Monitor provider activity and follow up where required
• Support the day-to-day operation of the business
• Identify problems, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Feed insights from clinics back to the founders
• Help establish scalable processes as the business grows
• Support wider business development and growth initiatives

Who Were Looking For

We are looking for someone who is commercial, confident, organised and proactive.

You should be comfortable speaking with businesses and healthcare professionals and confident developing relationships from an initial cold introduction through to an established working partnership.

You will ideally:

• Have experience in sales, business development, account management or customer onboarding
• Be confident picking up the phone and approaching new organisations
• Be comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision makers
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Be highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations and onboarding processes simultaneously
• Be comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms
• Have a strong sense of ownership and follow things through
• Be able to work independently and make sensible decisions
• Enjoy solving problems
• Be comfortable working within a startup where roles and priorities can evolve quickly

Experience within private healthcare, healthcare recruitment, medical services, SaaS, business development or healthcare operations would be advantageous but is not essential.

We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, commercial instincts and ability to get things done.

Salary & Package

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, together with additional on-target earnings (OTE) linked to commercial performance and successful growth of our clinic network.

There will also be significant scope for the role and level of responsibility to develop as the business grows.
