About Hazel Oak School - Hazel Oak is a thriving all-age special school supporting pupils with a wide range of learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, speech, language and communication needs, sensory processing differences, social, emotional and mental health needs and complex medical needs.
