The successful applicant needs to be an excellent and confident classroom practitioner with enthusiasm and commitment. They will need be dedicated to ensure that all of our children achieve their very best, be passionate about teaching and learning and have a positive outlook and interpersonal skills.  To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for pupils

 To support a designated curriculum area as appropriate

 To monitor and support the overall progress and development of pupils

 To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential

 To contribute to raising standards of pupil attainment and achievement

 To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal growth and enjoyment

 To support the ethos, aims and vision of the school.
