Highfields Primary Academy is seeking an exceptional and ambitious leader to join our dedicated team as Deputy Headteacher. The Opportunity

Working closely with the Headteacher, governors and trust leaders, the successful candidate will:

Provide inspirational leadership across the school.

Drive excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum development.

Lead and support school improvement initiatives.

Develop and coach staff to achieve the highest standards.

Champion inclusion, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Help shape the strategic direction of the academy.

Build strong partnerships with families, the local community and trust colleagues.
