Lunchtime Supervisor

Permanent, Part Time 5 hours a week, 1 hour per day Monday to Friday

Term Time Only for 38 weeks per year

Salary: Grade 3 (SCP 5) £25,583 per annum pro rata

Actual Salary: £2,910 per annum

Rugeley John Taylor School, part of John Taylor MAT, is proud to be growing the only ‘all-through’ school within our Trust family. Having opened our doors to our first cohort of Year 7 students in September 2025, we are continuing to build a school that will serve local communities from the earliest years right through to Sixth Form, offering a ‘gold standard’ learning experience. Lunchtime is a time in the day where students develop social skills and enjoy a break in their formal learning. We are looking for individuals who can provide supervision to ensure lunchtimes are safe, efficient and happy for students, so they are ready for their afternoon learning.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Motivation and a proactive approach using initiative

Willingness to support the staff team as the school grows
