Are you an enthusiastic and organised physiotherapist with a passion for musculoskeletal care? Berkshire Healthcare is looking for motivated Band 6 MSK Physiotherapists to join our dynamic Outpatient Physiotherapy team with at least 18 months of post-graduate experience.

You'll be part of a supportive and skilled team, working alongside colleagues from bands 3 to 7, with access to Band 7 Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists for supervision, in-service training, and development opportunities. You'll also benefit from strong links with Advanced Practice Physiotherapists.

Main duties of the job

• To work as a senior physiotherapy practitioner to provide a high quality, responsive outpatient physiotherapy service for adults & children with musculoskeletal & orthopaedic conditions
• To provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment,treatmentand caseload management
• To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner working without direct supervision.
• To be involved in supervision and education of band 5 physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants, work experiencestudentsand physiotherapy students.
• To be proactively involved in service development and quality improvement
