Job summary

<p>We have an exciting opportunity for an <strong>Adult Speech & Language Therapy Assistant</strong> to join our team at<strong> Farnham Hospital</strong>, working <strong>37.5 hours per week.</strong> </p><p>In this role, you will work closely with our Speech & Language Therapist to <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support adults with a range of acquired neurological conditions</span>. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, assisting with therapy programmes, and helping individuals to improve their communication and swallowing abilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference to patients independence and quality of life within a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive multidisciplinary team</span>. </p><p>This role involves community visits and outpatients clinics across 4 sites within our catchment area Yateley, Frimley Green, Fleet and Farnham, therefore a <strong>drivers license and access to a car is essential</strong><strong>.</strong></p><p>Working Pattern Monday- Friday; 08:30-16:30 this can be flexible (37.5hrs/ week).</p><h4><br></h4><h4><strong>Package Description</strong></h4><p>As a Adult Speech & Language Therapy Assistant, youll be part of our valued team
