Working in partnership with services across the Council, the programme focuses on improving how services are designed and delivered, making better use of data, digital technology and innovation to improve outcomes for residents and ensure services remain sustainable for the future.

We are looking for an experienced Programme Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to our Modernisation Team, helping ensure our programmes and projects are well organised and delivered effectively.

About You

You will be a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will be confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, handling sensitive information appropriately and ensuring a consistently high standard of administrative support.

You will also bring:

  • Experience providing administrative support within a programme, project or corporate environment.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience organising meetings, maintaining records and preparing documentation.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive, flexible and customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.

If you are looking for an opportunity to support a high-profile programme that will help shape the future of Redbridge Council, we would love to hear from you.
