As a Recovery Worker, we offer a starting salary of £26,250, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £30,900 per year. For further details please reach out to a member of the recruitment team via [email protected].

Main duties of the job

Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. Youll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. As part of your role, you will be the first point of contact for the service, including taking referrals, doing assessments, covering staff absence and answering telephone queries.

This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring theyre always treated with respect and dignity.

This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis until 31st March 2027, working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. Some Saturday working will be required to meet the needs of the service.
