About us

A well established independent practice providing therapeutic services including assessments, interventions, training, consultancy & supervision. Specialising in complex trauma across the lifespan.

A guiding principle is the importance of relationships, with connection and compassion at the heart. We invest time and energy in the embodiment of these values. You will experience support and room to develop professionally and personally. We look to offer our team balanced and flexible work practices. In return, we hope that you will be invested in deeply understanding the needs and experiences of our clients and delivering and developing excellent and sustainable services. We are committed to promoting equality, valuing diversity, and practicing in ways that encourage reflection about the power and responsibilities we hold.

We support individuals with complex, overlapping needs who are frequently let down by mainstream services. Rather than relying on a single modality, our interventions are strictly formulation-driven.

Clients often report being passed between services to manage their complexity. We bridge this gap by addressing real-world presentations, recognising the deep intersectionality between physical health, mental health, and neurology. By seeing the whole person and understanding their unique contextual factors, we work both systemically and individually to provide comprehensive support.

We are responsive and think outside the box candidates must be able do the same.
